How does cancelling work?
On Plus, every subscription we find gets a Cancel button. For the easy ones, we open their cancel page for you. For the trickier ones, we show you the exact steps first — even what to say if you have to phone. And when a company only takes it in writing, we write the email for you to send.
Erasr says it cancelled but I'm still being charged
The cancelling happens with the company, not with us — we can't force them to stop. So always grab a confirmation number when they offer one. If a charge keeps coming, flag that subscription from its page and we'll help you sort it out.
Will you cancel things for me automatically?
Not yet. Having a real person cancel things for you is coming as the Premium plan — it's planned, but not built yet.
