No. Your data stays in Canada (Supabase Toronto), is never sold, and you can delete your account — and all the email data tied to it — in one tap from the dashboard.
Built in Whitehorse, data in Toronto, prices and totals in CAD, vendors and cancel flows tuned for services Canadians actually use (Rogers, Bell, Crave, GoodLife, and so on). The Cancellation Difficulty Index reflects those flows. No US-default fallback.
We open the vendor's cancel page (or generate a pre-written email if there's no online flow) and ask you 48 hours later whether it worked. The Difficulty Index gets better every time a user confirms or flags a flow.
On our own test set of real Canadian billing emails, E' correctly tells whether an email is a recurring charge every time, and gets the vendor and amount right 97%+ of the time. Anything we get wrong, you can fix from your dashboard in a tap — and that feedback makes E' better.
