Your data, deleting your account, what we can and can't see.
What can Erasr see?
Only the emails you forward to your private Erasr inbox — nothing else. We never reach into your real inbox, and we never have your email password. There's more on the security page if you'd like the full story.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
Go to Settings, choose Delete account, and type your email to confirm. This really and truly erases everything tied to you — we've checked it ourselves. It's not just switching your account off.
Where does my information live?
On secure computers in Toronto, run for us by a company called Supabase. Your information stays in Canada, and it's scrambled so no one else can read it — both while it travels and while it sits.
